Guaranteed Rodent Removal did a superb job ridding our attic of squirrels and sealing our entire home from any form of four-legged pest. I was not prepared for the total cost of this project, but each expense was explained well and justified. I was glad to contact this company early and just a day after I saw the squirrels going inside and out of the attic. That prevented roof rats from infesting, which would have made the project even more expensive. Guaranteed Rodent Removal has an excellent warranty, and they communicated extremely well with me. I appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend.

Jeff was extremely detailed in explaining what he thought was going on as well as his plan to stop the problem. We have not completed the job yet but so far, it is going exactly as he said it would and I expect the problem to be solved once we reach the end of the timeline he mapped out.
