This company deserves rave reviews on customer service both on the phone and in person. It took some time to get rid of my rodent problem. They came when they said they would, made repairs to cover entry points, and I have a year guarantee for any future problem. Owner Christy was never rushed when I called, Beau took time to explain the process. Young man that did repairs/hole covers, etc (sorry I don't remember your name) was so polite and professional. If you have a problem, give them a call

I had never experienced anything like this and to me it was a nightmare. I had originally contacted another company and I was told that my duct work needed replaced, my insulation needed to be sucked out and replaced, lots of false information with photos. The Total of $8,000.00 to fix my problem. I did not know what to do and I didnâ t have $8000. I called Guaranteed Rodent Removal Service, LLC on a Friday afternoon and Christy sent the owner that day. He explained the process step by step. They did exactly what the said they would do (no more squirrels or rats in my attic). The entryways and access has been sealed. My attic has been decontaminated. I feel safe in my home and I was treated with respect and honesty. My advise is to READ ALL REVIEWS AND CALL THIS COMPANY. They will treat you right.

The service was okay but was TOO EXPENSIVE. Felt more like highway robbery. They seem to have gotten rid of the rodents in my attic, but charged a fortune to do so. Also, some of the suggested services like disinfecting the attic is a totally unnecessary and a waste of money. I panicked due to finding out about my rodent problem, but wish I could go back and search around for a cheaper company.

Great service! They were very responsive, called me about my appointment and rescheduled when I could make it And got rid of the problem. They ever sealed the next door neighbor since it’s a duplex because they wanted to make sure the whole dwelling didn’t have an issue. ????
