    HIRE GR TECH!!!! Based on the reviews I found on Home Advisor, I called Greg of GR Tech and so happy I did!!! Greg was fantastic to work with - he's quick to respond, arrives when he says he will, which is very rare for a contractor, and they finished on time! I highly recommend GR Tech!

    Greg and his team are amazing. Extremely polite, informative, and fast! At my request Greg helped me understand our options for asbestos mitigation as well as lead paint mitigation. I started the process completely uncertain and ended up with an asbestos-free basement and good ideas on other repairs.

    We found Greg and his team to be professional, efficient, timely, very polite and his price for the project was reasonable. His price was half the price of other contractors we interviewed. We were very pleased and would highly recommend him to anyone. Only small problem encountered was breakage of a small basement window pane which we noticed after they were gone. Aside from this issue,we were very , very pleased with his service.
