I was quite satisfied with Orion's service. Greg showed as scheduled for the initial review and gave a verbal quote on the spot. It was the best quote I got. The crew showed up as scheduled, completed on time, cleaned up after themselves & assisted in moving back bigger items . My only 'complaint' was with the office - I had to call to keep things moving - to get the written estimate, a job date, and to confirm the job as the date neared. I think that's part of customer service. Mark was very pleasant and responsive every time - but don't think I should have had to make those calls.

Although there was a little hiccup wit the lab results taking an extra day, which forced the project to take longer than expected, the crew was professional, on time, and did exactly what was discussed. Great thorough job.

Orion quickly completed the job. I was able to have them come in and do the job with only a couple of days notice. The crew was friendly and was able to work around my schedule. They also offered the best price for my RFP. Job well done.

Gradimir, Mark, Voj and the crew were very professional, they arrived on time and finished the project earlier than they had estimated (which was great, as most contractor take longer than their estimates). They left the work site cleaner than when they arrived. Also, they took great care in covering the stuff I had in the basement and made sure that none of my stuff was exposed to asbestos. This was the most pleasant experience I had with any contractor that I had ever hired. I would highly recommend Orion to all my friends and family. Great job guys, keep up the good work.

Punctual and very professional. Clean up was excellent and follow-up on paperwork we required after removal of the asbestos was quick. We were given a very good description of what was to be done and how it would be done. I would recommend them.

I hired Orion Construction for an asbestos abatement project. The price differences between estimates for abatement and re-insulation were minimal and Orion Construction was far and away the most professional. Great communication, showed up on time to assess the job, provided a written estimate detailing all work and were able to offer an exact date and time when the work would be done. Everything was completed in a timely and tidy fashion.

Mark and his team at Orion are very professional and accommodating. Dealing with an asbestos related matter is very concerning but due to Orion's great work I feel safe and comfortable in my new home.
