Responded quickly. Best price, beat the other prices by over half the estimate. Came out in a timely manner, completed the work as required (we were selling a house and the repair was being done at the request of the seller as per required under the terms of the Agreement of Sale). Issued a certificate of completion instantly, overall a great experience and further Service Magic I would reccomend to anyone. We ended up getting a quote for termite repair from a local business and the quote came in high so we went to service magic for that as well and ended up getting the work done for 1/4 of the price. 5 stars to Orion.

This company gave a written estimate on the spot, the estimate was the ending price!!!! . They came when they were scheduled. I was happy with the job they did. Thank you service magic. All the pros you gave were excellent but this company gave the best deal for the Price. He was $500 less than the others, and he did a super job!!
