This service exceeded my expectations by far. George same to my house to provide an estimate and was so professional and accommodating. He even gave a demonstration to show what my grout would look like once he cleaned and sealed it. I was impressed, as I have never had someone so thorough when providing me an estimate before. He scheduled my tile and grout cleaning quickly and within the time frame for which I was looking. George and his partner completed the job all by themselves and even moved a very heavy piano in order to clean underneath it; this was something I did not expect them to do because of how heavy the piano is. I felt comfortable allowing them to complete the work in my house while my husband and I were at work because of how professional they were. When I got home and saw the finished product, I was absolutely amazed. My tile and grout have not looked this good since we had it installed! George also left us with a very generous supply of cleaning solution and instructions for how to best care for our tile floors. All of my furniture and anything else they had to move was put back exactly the way it was ... which is something even my weekly cleaning ladies can't always get right! I just cannot say enough ... I would highly recommend Grout Busters - they not only offer the best prices, but the ABSOLUTE BEST service. It's a win-win, for sure.

Called promptly to schedule an appointment to provide free estimate. He provided a very reasonable estimate, Scheduled a start date. He was on time and provided wonderful customer service. My tile floor looks new again.

George was awesome. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is professional, courteous, punctual & knowledgeable. His estimates as to how long the job would take were spot-on, he even finished 1/2 a day early! He redid my master bath shower stall with floor to ceiling 4" tiles, the shower stall floor, a jacuzzi tub surround with the same 4" tiles and master bath floors. He removed, replaced & sealed all the grout. My 24 year old grungy bathroom now looks brand new & beautiful. We have already asked him for an estimate to do the remainder of the tile floors in the house at a later date & can't wait for him to make a big difference there too! This was an easy process thanks to George.

The owner, George Bethancourt,did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, worked on our master bath the entire day and had me inspect the job when he was finished. The bathroom grout looks like it did when the house was first built, maybe even better. George was very professional, cleaned up after himself and left me a very satisfied customer. George was awesome to work with. He did an excellent job and made my very "grungy" master shower look brand new! He was personable, timely and professional to work with at every step of the process. I have had many workmen in my home, and by far George tops them all. He has an in depth knowledge of working with tile, stone, grout and restoration of these materials.
