Grout Busters

I will start my review by utilizing one word to provide a start to my review. That word is Exemplary! I called George after another competitor grout cleaning outfit had done a totally incompetent job in my kitchen! As an FYI, when I called the corporate offices of the competitor they never had the courtesy to return my call. Getting back to my review of George Betancourt /Grout Busters. George provided orientation on the grout cleaning and sealing process. He provided a sample of his work and did it right in front of me, on my kitchen floor. During our interaction on the phone and in person, he demonstrated a high level of candor and integrity. He was cordial, professional, punctual and accommodating. The work that George did was absolutely outstanding and compelling. Truly Amazing! His fees are very competitive, and the work he performs is totally worth the investment/cost. George Jr, George Sr, Billy and William exemplify professionalism. They arrived at my house ready to work. Never have I seen a grout cleaning company get down on their hands and knees with wire brushes to clean and color seal over 800SF of grout!! They worked tirelessly. My tile and grout look brand new, better than when we moved in 11 years ago. They moved all furniture, and replaced it exactly when finished. The hollow tile they replaced looks like it has always been on the floor. I have hired hundreds of workers for home projects over the years. Never have they surpassed my expectations the way grout busters did. I asked for their cards to pass out to neighbors and friends. I am a completely satisfied customer and would highly recommend their work. And the 5 year warranty on the work - well, that is just icing on the cake!!!!

Excellent! He was able to come short notice on a Saturday. Very professional and a perfectionist in his work. The grout replacement came out amazing. I will be using them for future jobs and already told my friends about this company. Great work for a great price! Thank you.
