Luis responded to my inquiry within minutes of completing the HA online service questionnaire. Although I stated it would be fine to come the next day, he called to say he would be at my home within 1-1 1/2 hours. Like clockwork he appeared ready to give me an estimate and ready to repair the broken spring. After he examined the tracks, cables, brackets, and pulleys etc., he said the only thing requiring replacement would be the pair of springs. He charged the price quoted and included lubricating the tracks. His price was very fair. When I told Luis I had had another company come to give me an estimate the week prior, but was so put off by the talkative young man who suggested I replace everything because obviously, it was a Home Depot installation using substandard parts (btw, it wasn't a HD installation), AND he wanted to charge 5x the amount Luis charged for things I did not require. Go-Pro is the perfect name for Luis and Alejandro's business. Professional, courteous and fair. Would I use them again? YES. Would I recommend them? ABSOLUTELY!

I connected to Luis on Monday, the day after I entered my Home advisor search. He visited the repair site Monday afternoon and quoted what I thought was a very fair price for the repair work. I approved the offer and he arrived the next day, Tuesday, to complete the work with great quality. I am thrilled. This is my 90 year old mom’s home and her caretaker takes her to doctors appointments by bringing her in and out through the garage. It is so important it work well. I am thrilled to have found Luis and Go Pro Garage Doors.

Called ahead and tried to get information to ensure that the proper parts were brought. Unfortunately they still need to leave and return once they got here but they did a very good job.
