From the moment I searched for service over the internet I was called immediately. Alejandro called and was very pleasant and direct about the problem and fee. He gave us a time to be serviced but he was delayed and then politely informed us. Upon arrival Alexandro's crew(Luis and helper) proceeded to the garage task and completed the broken spring and cleaned up loose wires. We were very happy with their impeccable service pleasant mannerisms and completing a daunting assignment.

As the name implies they are professional from keeping the schedule to finding and fixing problems. My garage door was incorrectly installed and wouldn't open easily. They fixed it perfectly, including damaged rubber. Excellent job!

Everyone was extremely polite. Luis was early, and explained in detail the source of the problem. He worked quickly, and then made sure I tested the doors a few times before leaving. GREAT work and very happy with the whole process.

Overall, my experience with hiring go pro for the replacement of a new garage door was excellent. They kept me informed about the project and the final work was done before the two and a half week waiting for the door arrival. Technician Loui is very knowledgeable and he answered all my questions.
