We had to replace 3 windows due to a hail storm in the area. After contacting ServiceMagic Jennifer called me within seconds of getting off the phone, I was surprised. Glass Works promised 5 days till installation this is due to very high demand in the area. Well promises are made to be broken in this case I guess good, Jennifer called me in 2 days telling me that they can replace them tomorrow. Wow that was fast!!! I have to say Jennifer was on top of her game and kept contacted me in real time, the way things should be. They are very friendly and fast and did a great job cant ask for more.

Ordered new window (first was broken) and a screen...they finally came after more than a week with the window but still have not showed back up with the screen and it has now been over 3 weeks.

We appreciate all our customers and are always disappointed when we do not meet our their expectations. We provided the window in the appropriate time frame but had difficulties replacing the special order screen. We tried diligently for two weeks to locate a suitable replacement. This part is no longer available and the customer told us to cancel due to them moving from the property.
