I was told the window would be replaced on a Sat. When Sat came, there was no notification from the vendor whether or not they would be coming. I called. The gentleman that answered had a hard time finding my order and said he didn't know when the glass would be ready. I received no calls until the following Wed . I was called at 8:45am informing me that they were coming sometime between 9-11am. that day. I do not believe the customer service regarding communication was good. A date should not have been committed to if the service could not be done.

The guys from the Glass Works came over, I thought they were fantastic. Very courteous, very professional, they did an outstanding job. Kept me posted with everything they were doing. And I would like to use them again for some more glass work that I have.

We were really happy with the work. The only thing I wasn't so happy about was that he was supposed to come out at a certain time and never showed up. And then I had to actually call him, and to see where they were. And they were like, "oh, I'm sorry. We can't there until..." and this was like 5 hours later. And to me, they should've called first, I shouldn't have to call him, we were waiting for him to show up for the appointment. Part from that, everything was good. The work was good.
