The company responded quickly to our call. We worked out price and workdate in advance of job. Workmen called before arriving and arrived promptly. They quickly went to work and removed a "wall of mirrors" plus 2 big bathroom mirrors with absoultely no mess. I would definitely hire this company again.

The guy who came out with the quote was nice. Decent price. Then he sent the tech who replaced the glass, but didn't bring the right trim. (The process of removing the broken pane melted the original trim.) Then the 1st guy came out a couple weeks later with trim, but within a minute of trying to remove the old trim *broke the window*. A couple of weeks later, he came out to replace all of the above. The work was complete for a good price, but I will never hire them again.

We never want situations like this to happen but sometimes they do. Glass by it's very nature is fragile. The trim refered to above was an atypical piece and not easily acquired. We apologized profusely for the long lead times but there was little we could do.

Ordered window on April 15th and just got it put in on May 13th. I had to continually call and follow up with them; and when they scheduled to be here the 1st time, they never show. The 2nd time, they called and said they didn't receive the proper window in. The last time, we waited and they didn't show so we called and they said that had us down for the afternoon and not the morning as scheduled. We finally got the window installed, but will not be calling this company again.
