Ulises and his team arrived a few minutes early. They were very careful to not hurt any plants or yard furniture. They cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. My trees look great. They removed limbs that were close to the roof, thinned the oaks and raised the canopies.

After I contacted him to proceed he was most responsive and kept us apprised as to the timing even including the day of the project. He emailed that he was on the way.
