Hire Gerry if you want high quality work

Gerry was great. On time for estimates and work. Friendly and helpful. I have done a good amount of projects myself but recently had a baby so my time to devote to house projects has been next to nothing. I have a pretty good idea of how much things cost and how long they will take. I received a few estimates that weren't even in the ballpark for the work required. Gerry came in with a fair estimate stuck to the plan and delivered a quality finished product. Glad to find someone dependable I can look towards to help going forward.

This man explained the problem and reviewed possible solutions. As first time home owners, we appreciated the time he took to help us understand. He is very pleasant and efficient.

Gerry is great! I almost don't want to recommend him because if everyone uses him, he might not have time to help me in the future! I had an old fence blown down in a snowstorm (posts broken, multiple panels on the ground, the works) and had several companies come out to bid the repair job. Two companies tried to hard upsell me to replace the whole fence (at significant cost), even though I had explained I was looking for a fix to last at least a year or two until I'd be ready to think of replacing the fence. Gerry had a few ideas for repair, using as much of the existing fencing as possible, even before seeing the fence, and he went out the next day to take a look. He provided a fixed estimate for materials and labor for the repair, and it was super-reasonable. His plan sound like what I would have done myself if I was there (I live out of state). Gerry did the repair the NEXT DAY, and came in on time and on budget. He was polite, professional, and easy to work with. My tenant was thrilled, and I'm thrilled to have someone I can rely on as an out-of-town property owner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Returned for multiple visits and stuck with it until the problem was fixed. Very impressed!
