They graded and landscaped both the front and backyard, installed an irrigation system, and put in back and side patios. When the fence company couldn't install one in a timely manner to align with the landscaping, Cruz offered to put up the fence and price match. The work performed was very high quality. This was a fairly simply project, adding a basic but quality new sprinkler system to a fairly new sodded back yard that was sodded within the past year but without a sprinkler system.
