"The two people who came to complete the cleaning were professional, hard working and kind. My issue with the experience is that it was a move out clean. They did not have a proper product for oven cleaning, did not wipe out cabinets, or clean glass on slider doors. Additionally, the person booking/planning did not allow them enough time as they were rushed at the end. All the visible areas looked great. This service would be amazing for a regular cleaning and I have no issue with the work of the two who cameâ  just that what a move out clean entails is too much for the time allotted. I compare to a previously hired service for a move out where one person came and they cleaned EVERYTHING!!"

He explained everything to us thoroughly and I'm thankful for his advice to removed our carpet and pad after being saturated by groundwater --he saved us some headache dealing with drying them out and cleaning and possible mustiness and health issues! He and his team were fast but careful, very respectful and professional, and we felt like he paid special attention to us during a potentially stressful experience. We felt very well cared for, and another remediation company we had spoken with told us his advice was solid, his plan for remediation was safe and followed standard, and his prices were fair. He has over 15 years of experience dealing with water remediation and it shows not only in the quality of his work, but in the level of communication and professionalism. "Roy explained 3 types of cleaning services. Since I hadn't cleaned my chimney in 7 years I chose the most expensive cleaning method that cost $400. Just a regular cleaning is $145. I checked another service provider who offered this same basic cleaning for 185.00. Roy came out a few days of my call when the other had a 2-3 week wait due to the holiday season. Roy had no problem waiting 20 minutes for the co-owner of my house to drive over and decide on what service would be chosen. I am very weary of household service providers taking advantage of me, as a single woman, so I was cautious of Roy initially. Well, he befriended my dogs who laid with him to get pets and educated me all about chimney stuff. I figured, if my dogs liked him, he was an okay guy. So I decided to trust him and ended up purchasing the $400 service cleaning. The best part about the service was that Roy was really funny. He had me laughing so hard that no sound was coming out. LOL! It was an educational and fun experience actually, and I am not easy to please. :) So give them a try. Thanks Roy! See you next year!"
