Be aware, these guys out of in Nashville. *I was very happy with their work*, but the project originally scheduled for January, wasn't started until March 5th and completed March 16. They had promised the work could be completed by February 1(!). The delays prevented completion of other work and the ability to rent the property. What happened? There were weather related issues (twice) and their truck broke down, but with each delay they seemed to push my job out to the end of their schedule. I feel if they should have worked me in and feel if they had been local, they could have.

Had sagging front steps- they said they could come in and mud-jack it to raise it up and make it look good. When they came they tried but could not get it to raise up. When I called to complain they said they never guaranteed it would lift they said it 'should' lift up. Then they said they will guarantee it won't sag anymore. Overall not happy but what can you do. Also they accidentally sprayed foam on the front of the house and did not clean it up until I called and complained- then came back and peeled off the foam - but left a visible residue.

Following the “Flood of May 2020” Frontier Basement encapsulated my crawl space and there hasn’t been a drop of water there since. It only was prudent to retain their services to address a garage floor foundation issue.

They did a trench drain for my driveway. It only took them 4 hrs, but cost me $6,000. The concrete around the drain is cracking already and looks terrible.
