Frontier Foundation and Crawl Space Repair

Mike Pierce was great to work with! He let me know each step what was going on. I had to have additional work or things were not going to happen but he explained why and what I needed and what would happen if I did not do it that way. I highly recommend him and the company to anyone considering or needing foundation work! Two guys were helping him, Lu and Austin, and they were great, they were professional and hard working. Every time I had to deal with them they were polite and a joy to deal with. These three gentlemen are giving the company a good name!

Crawl space encapsulation appears to have achieved desired goals (so far). Project completion dates extended - twice. Communication post project was vague and unnecessarily difficult. Bid was materially higher than competitors but, the promise of premium service closed the deal Service was not **premium** Cannot recommend.

From the sale to final clean up, all of their employees demonstrated knowledge of their product and care to my home. Great job!

Ben and Mike worked tirelessly in this hot summer weather. They were extremely nice. They wanted us to see their work at each stage to make sure we were satisfied. They were helpful and answered all our questions. Wish all contractors were as nice as they were and as easy to work with. Following the “Flood of May 2020” Frontier Basement encapsulated my crawl space and there hasn’t been a drop of water there since. It only was prudent to retain their services to address a garage floor foundation issue.

The crew we had was great. Sandra (our foreman)and her crew worked hard and efficient. They always cleaned up after themselves. Sandra explained everything they did even had pictures. I would recommend Frontier.

Mike P headed a great crew that installed smart jacks to shore up the house. Frontier was the second company I hired for the crawlspace and I wish they had been the first.
