Actual foundation repair was great. The salesman always tried to sell more than needed though. Thankfully workers were honest about what was really needed. Took quite a while to get our bill straightened out. Work was done well though.

Do not do business with this company! This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. After a 5 hour assessment, we received a quote of approximately $12,000. After waiting almost two months for work to begin, they tore down the drywall and informed us that it would be an additional $8,000. So now they were charging us $20,000, when the two other companies that we had received quotes from said they could do it for $12,000 or $15,000. I had already moved to Ohio and had to sell the house. We had to move and couldn't wait another two months for the other company I would have hired. They left us in a completely helpless situation and made no attempt to make things right. I haven't even gone into the rest of the details because the other things don't even compare to this issue. I hope this review saves someone else from the same nightmare.

My service tech was Chris W. He came in and did a thorough inspection of my system and recommended a few things I wasn't aware of. He was very polite and friendly, and quite knowledgeable of the system even recommending another system that I might check out. He cleaned up behind himself and did what I think is an excellent job.
