Comment: My parents are I. The process of selling their home And I live out of town. The house will be empty. The walls have nail holes from pictures hanging. Nothing major. The kitchen has some ceiling repair of about 30 SQ ft that looks like the tape has separated between two sheets of drywall. But the ceiling needs painted in kitchen and most likely on into the living area because there is no separation if the ceiling so I think it would require the entire area to be painted.
