Friday's Pest Management

Quick response. Explained the spray and jell treatment. Ant traps don't have potency to kill the ants. Goal to have the ant return to the nest with the kill chemical.

Ok, I?ve never written a bad review before, but this situation has me so perplexed that I feel that I have to. Friday?s Pest Management did work at my property approximately a month ago, basically sealing up roof gaps, screening vent gaps, and building a bat door on the chimney, which had cracked and was awaiting repairs, after the bats were removed. Barry did the work, I paid him (over $2K) and I thought it was done. The next day, I noticed a piece of the mesh that he had used in the chimney was laying on the ground. I texted him and sent him a picture of the mesh and asked if this was something that needed attention. No response. I thought, ?ok, he?s busy, they?re not open today, I?ll try him Monday.? I called and left a message. Nothing. I let it go a week, called again and left a message. Nothing. I had no idea if the job was done correctly or not. My wife found a bat in the house the day after the chimney guys were here. This guy apparently has no use for you once you pay him.

I noticed a hornet's nest underneath an overhang this morning. Barry responded to my quote request within minutes and had me on the schedule the same day. The nest was removed without issue and at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate in recommending Barry for those needing nest removal service.

Spent 300$ for rodent control. Guy says he cant find any entry points and treated for rodents to stay away. Went on vacation came back to whatever is living in my roof is still there called this company back to have them come back out. NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY PHONE CALL, and I FOUBD A MASSIVE OPENING IN MY ROOF. Clearly they arent capable of doing the job correctly but sure can take your money from you. STAY AWAY!!!!

Barry was in contact with me within 20 minutes. Not only did he call but sent a text which was most convenient for me. He scheduled an appt for the next day and was right on time. He did a thorough job and I would contact him again if needed.
