Robert, finished our floors in sections as we moved furniture between sections. The last section Robert made a mistake and thought he was using satin but it was semi gloss. I paid Robert in full that day as the poly was still drying and none of us realized it was semi gloss. We left for the weekend to stay off the floors. When we came back we realized something was wrong. We contacted Robert, he came back out and was very sorry about the mistake and went above and beyond to fix it right then and there and actually stayed until the poly fully dried to make sure we were satisfied. I can’t recommend Robert enough. He takes pride in his work, works very hard and made sure we were 100% satisfied. You won’t be disappointed having him refinish your floors.

Robert, did an amazing job on our old Bruce hardwood floors. They were very difficult to sand and very ugly. It was a big job and Robert transformed them into a thing of beauty. He was great to work with and I highly recommend him.

Robert did an amazing job! We were looking for a very tight turnaround time and he was not only able to move around his schedule to accommodate that, but also worked a small miracle on some very mistreated hardwood. He is friendly, professional, and efficient all for a very fair price.

Robert from Fresh Start did the most professional and amazing work on refinishing and staining original oak floors in our built in 1958 home. Not only did the floors come out absolutely stunning, he helped us out by starting when we needed him, he was neat and clean and contained the dust from sanding, mixed a custom color that blended the floor in the original part of the house with a later addition, and his price was was reasonable and fair (we had quotes from 2 other companies who could not do the job in the time we needed). Not only that, but our house sold one week later for over asking due in large part to the beautifully refinished floors throughout the house. Thank you, Robert!! I say, give this hardworking man a chance and you won’t be sorry!!

Fresh Start Hardwood redid our badly worn and scratched floors and made them look brand new. They were extremely responsive, showed up every day, and treated our home with care and professionalism. The crew worked efficiently, kept the space clean throughout the process, and the results speak for themselves — the floors are awesome. It’s rare to find a contractor who communicates well and delivers exactly what they promise, but Fresh Start Hardwood nailed it. Highly recommend.

So I decided instead of covering up my decent real hardwood floors with the fake stuff or carpet- I wanted to just refinish my nice hardwood floors!! Iâ m so happy I went this route! They werenâ t extremely bad but they needed a breath of fresh air or simply a Fresh Start!!! I am so happy how they turned out!! Thank you FRESH START HARDWOOD !!! ð ð ð
