So I decided instead of covering up my decent real hardwood floors with the fake stuff or carpet- I wanted to just refinish my nice hardwood floors!! Iâ m so happy I went this route! They werenâ t extremely bad but they needed a breath of fresh air or simply a Fresh Start!!! I am so happy how they turned out!! Thank you FRESH START HARDWOOD !!! ð ð ð

The work was fine but they looked at my stairs as well as the bedrooms and gave me a quote; then later said they didn?t see the staples on the stairs and wanted to charge me a extra &150 to remove the staples from them. Also wanted to charge me an additional $300 to remove the carpet strips claiming I said I would remove them. I found someone else to remove them that charged me $100. Up charging is not ok with me.

We bought a house with hardwood flooring with all different finishes and pet stains. Fresh Start Hardwood did an excellent job explaining the process and setting expectations with the some of the more prominent pet stains. Robert called and worked with us during the project to make sure we were all aligned. The end result was great, we love our floors! They also worked efficiently and at a reasonable price :) Many thanks to Fresh Start Hardwood!
