Frank is awesome. Got on the job 2 days after contact. Crew was here everyday, all day until the job was done. Quality work. Came back after the job was done and power washed our sidewalk and cleaned up the yard.

I contacted Frank via Angie's list (he was the best reviewed contractor in my area0 after some strong wind blew several slats of siding off of our house. Not only did Frank contact me within the hour, but he came out and gave me a quote the same day. Some other contractors I contacted took more than a week to even reach out. Frank's team was fast, communicative, respectful, and amazing throughout the entire repair process. I would highly recommend them again.

Franks Construction is the finest contractor you’ll find in all Chicagoland! We had frozen & bursted pipes & suffered a great deal of flood damage. After recon we got multiple quotes from reputable companies & went with Franks. They provided the most aggressive quote, were incredibly understanding of the gravity of projects scope to drywall, paint, replace floorboards, carpet, finishing, and an exterior wall. It took a Herculean effort to complete in a timely manner, within our budget constraints, high quality materials, & freezing cold months. Frank & Spencer acted fast to get us a quote in less than 24-hours of our call. Great communicators throughout the process. Consistent providing updates, answering calls, texts, photos, & our constant questions! Always calm, honest, reassuring, & available. Frank & his team can do EVERYTHING!!!! Unfortunately, he cannot control the weather. A slight time delay due to cold, wind, rain conditions. FIVE STARS amazing perfect work!!!

We hired Frank's team to replace our exterior front stairs and railing. We needed a replacement of the iron railing, tread and steps. Everything was super professional and efficient, starting with the evaluation and the quote (which was very reasonable). Frank was communicative throughout and the crew came to do the demo and installation as soon as the materials were ready and the weather allowed. The end result looks great and they confirmed that we were happy with the outcome before packing up! We will be happy to work with them again.

The work was done well, in a timely fashion, and to our specifications. They were very nice people to do business with. It looks great! Big improvement.

Frank and his team did an excellent job repairing our roof. We had an issue in one area he inspected another area recently done by another roofer and Frank showed me the flaw and said he’d take care of it. He kept me updated on everything they were doing, FaceTime me and recorded everything as well so I would be able to keep the other owners informed of the roof repair. I manage as well as own a unit in this building and I have to say I’ve worked with a lot of different contractors and some gave us great service but Frank and his team gave outstanding, quality service and his prices are fair and better than most contractors I received quotes from.

Frank was very responsive to my request for a.quote. He came and discussed the work to be done. He set a date and his workmen arrived on time. They finished the job on time. The workmen were careful and processionals.

We had our entire front porch rebuilt and are very happy with the results. Everyone was prompt, professional and communicative. The porch looks great and we'd happily recommend Frank's Construction.

We hired Frank to fix a lot of stuff around our house including removing brick efflorescence, fixing gutter and a hole in the roof, staining our wooden stairs and metal stairs etc. Frank is highly communicative and gave us a good price for all the work around the house. He is responsive over texts and calls, and when he says he's going to arrive at a certain time, he will arrive at that time -- which is rare for many contractors out there, especially one that has to do so many tasks around the house. Frank is respectful and trustworthy, I recommend his services!

I am a long time building owner in Chicago and have worked with a lot of contractors and understand the work that is done. Frank's Construction changed the price before the work done and demande thousands in up charges to finish, including leaving the work in an unsafe condition. They were supposed to fix unsafe steps on the porch, which they didn't do. They promised repeatedly to come out and finish the job, but then didn't. Apparently they are ok with an unsafe condition for my tenants, which I find abhorent. So they only deliver the common Chicago "tail light warranty." As soon as you see the taillights the warranty is over. I would be very careful with Frank's Construction. Would not hire again. Be very careful with this contractor.
