"There was a bit of a problem because the manufacturer messed up the delivery and parts needed to be ordered half way through the job. Suarez worked through it with us and got the job done with no issues. It’s a nice looking fence, the price was right and that are nice people to work with!"

Dumpster Delivery, Hauling, Residential and Commercial Concrete
"It wasn't a big job, but when Mike came out for the estimate, he brought with him a tool to actually measure the amount on concrete that would be needed, instead of guesstimating. That sold me. The time frame was good, the work progressed on schedule, and it looks really good! The workers were considerate and worked hard to do the job right. The price was fair, absolutely! I would definitely rehire. The only thing that was a small glitch was getting the paperwork on time."

When we think of our homes, the elements that often come to mind are our kitchens, living areas, porches, bedrooms, and other highly visible areas. While these areas are certainly important, there's no denying that one of the most used and abused parts of the home is the garage floor. A kitchen might see spills and a hallway might see traffic, but holding up under pressure is epitomized in garage flooring. Chicago garage flooring is even more likely to be abused than garage flooring in other parts of the country because of the cold, wet winters inherent to the region. With all the slush, dirt, salt, and other forms of gunk that are likely to come into contact with garage flooring in Chicago, keeping it looking good and functioning well is sometimes easier said than done.
Garage Flooring Upgrades
Garage floors are often dingy, stained, or even down right ugly installations, but this doesn?t have to be the case. Just because it is meant to be tough doesn't mean that it can't look good, too! There are several options available for those who want to improve the looks (or even the function) of their garage flooring. Chicago homeowners who spend a lot of time in their garages doing woodwork, fixing up the family vehicle, or doing just about anything will be especially pleased to find that a good-looking floor that holds up to all kinds of abuse is easily within their reach.
Epoxy Coating
There are several things that a homeowner might want from their garage floor, but in most cases, durability is the most important. Obviously, concrete is one of the most durable building materials on the market and is used to its fullest in garage floors across the country. Unfortunately, concrete is incredibly drab and is also prone to stains of many kinds; there are a few things you can do, however, to improve the look and function of your concrete.
Epoxy coating is an excellent way to bring new life to your garage floor without sacrificing function. Commercial garages and showrooms are already aware of the benefits of this extremely durable material, but epoxy coating is perfectly suitable for residential use, too. Unlike paint that will easily chip away, a properly installed epoxy coat will be easy to clean, comfortable to walk on, and be able to hide many of the stains and cracks that are so prominent on existing garage floors. Plus, the wide array of appearances you can create with epoxy will ensure that your new garage floor will look good as well as perform well. Some companies offer do-it-yourself epoxy kits and some epoxy products are inferior to others; for the best results, professional installation (or at the least, professional consultation) is recommended. A professionally installed epoxy coating for a two-car garage may range in price from $1,000 to $4,000.
Chicago Garage Flooring Tiles
Another option available to spruce up your garage flooring in Chicago is tile. Unlike the tile you'll find in your bathroom or kitchen, garage floor tiles are made of rubber. They provide an excellent grip, are resistant to many of the stains commonly seen in a garage, and are comfortable to walk on. These tiles are relatively easy to install and will quickly add the burst of color your garage needs to look its best. The quality of garage floor tiles differs greatly (as does the price); if you see garage floor tiles in your future, it is a good idea to shop around a bit before picking the one you will install.
