If you get David and Diego as your team you are in for a great experience. They are professional and honest about what you can expect from their work. They manage expectations up front so there is no disappointment when they are done. They do excellent work in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Foundation Support Specialists were well represented by the crew, led by foreman Cornell, that installed 11 foundation piers at our home in September 2024. The team of 4, including co-foreman Lee and installers Zero and Angel, carried out well-coordinated duties that culminated in job completion on a Sunday. After reviewing with me (homeowner) the work performed, it was very apparent that they had exercised great care in leaving landscaping within and adjacent to the needed excavations as close to how they found it.

Cornell, Lee, and Zero were awesome. Great communication and customer service. Very professional and were as excited to see the results as I was.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Spinks, my Certified Field Inspector, who came to assess my homeâ s foundation. From start to finish, Jonathan was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to explain the assessment process and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. His attention to detail and dedication to providing a comprehensive evaluation were truly impressive. He did not try to push things on us, rather, he gave us the tools to allow us to make informed decisions ourselves. I highly recommend Jonathan for any foundation inspection needs â he exceeded my expectations and provided exceptional service.

Wow! What an amazing experience from start to finish! Everyone from FSS showed up when they said they would, were very knowledgeable, and communicated everything very carefully and honestly. There was no discrepancy between what the estimator (Ryan) promised and what the leveling crew (David, Christian, and Blake) said they could do (and what they did) to re-level my concrete pad. I’m very happy with the results and the entire experience. After dealing with other companies and various contractors for many years, this was a refreshing experience! Highly recommend!

I recently endured a deeply troubling experience with Foundation Services Specialist, a Ground Works Company, which has left me questioning their commitment to customer safety and professionalism. During a home visit by their representative, Joel Patterson, for a supposed free inspection, I was subjected to undue pressure to sign a contract immediately. Mr. Patterson’s aggressive sales tactics and the misleading contract details, which included a waiver of my right to a jury trial, prompted me to cancel the contract within the permissible three-day period. However, this cancellation seemed to trigger an unacceptable escalation in behavior from Mr. Patterson, who later sent me a hostile and threatening message, undermining the trust and safety I should feel with a service provider. This incident took a more sinister turn when Mr. Patterson explicitly threatened physical violence, stating he would "kick my a**" at my residence. Such blatant threats of violence are not only horrifying but also raise serious concerns about the hiring practices and employee oversight at Ground Works Company. Despite initially promising to support legal actions against their former employee, the company ultimately retracted this offer, leaving me to deal with this severe harassment on my own. This abandonment by Ground Works highlights a disturbing lack of responsibility for their employees' actions, especially when those actions threaten the physical safety of clients.

Brian Graham and his guys are amazing. They completed excellent work in 4 days, instead of 10! They were all thorough, reasonably priced, and professional. We hope you contact them for any foundation work you need ... as we will for any future needs.
