Staff very responsive to project concerns. Worker very respectful and cleaned my property after job completion. Managers listen when concerns arised and corrected problems immediately.

David Jr's crew was fantastic, my husband works nights and had to be able to sleep during the day. They worked with my husband and he trusted David Jr and his team implicitly and they did a fantastic job and our house will never move again with the steel piers going 28' down into bedrock.

You can't go wrong hiring Foundation Support Specialists. They proved themselves to be true professionals before and after the sale. Brian did an amazing job of walking me through the process. Project Managers, Josh and David, did a wonderful job communicating with me during the installation. The guys did a great job cleaning up my house. If I had questions I could always reach Josh on his phone. These guys showed up and got the job done. During the routine follow up when the job was done I mentioned to Richard that I wanted some dirt moved. The next day guys showed up and took care of my request. Even after the bill is paid the customer service didn't stop. FSS proved they were committed to my repair until every detail was finished. There are a lot of foundation repair companies, I chose the right one. I would hire them again, but I won't need to. My house is not going to move again. I love the galvanized piers!

The experience for me was a good one. The guys stopped to answer any questions that I had and didn't mind me looking over their shoulders to see what they were doing. They were very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The project managers, Josh and David were very helpful explaining things to me. Richard was very helpful with all the paperwork. I would recommend them to anyone needing foundation work done.l

First of all, I am not an easily pleased consumer. The experience was great from the office to the workers. I needed my masonry chimney stabilized. They proposed two steel piers, showed how they push them hydraulically to bedrock and lock them off. Guaranteed and no need to come back because its fixed the first time. They arrived on time, Josh the foreman explained exactly what they would do and how long it would take. He was right on the money on the time. I came back and they were raking out the yard where they had worked and it looked like it had never happened. Even the guys digging were appreciative of my business. Could not be happier, would use them again, would recommend them to any one in need of their service. GREAT JOB.
