Groundworks

I am very pleased with the work that was done at our home. Everyone with whom we worked was very personable and professional. Brian came out twice to explain the processes and procedures associated with the project. All of our questions were answered. Brian's experience and expertise are evident. We were given a detailed account of what to expect. I was kept informed of the job's progress as it was being completed. The timeline has been orchestrated to my convenience. The project supervisor, Josh, was always available to answer my questions and listen to my concerns. Josh came out personally to determine the best location for the humidifier. The crew that was at my house was exceptional: hardworking, conscientious, and courteous. I rarely recommend anyone or any company, but I would recommend FSS.

They were prompt - they showed up when they said they would. They were professional in their work. They knew what they were doing - they stayed with the job until it was done - they did not go to another job while working on mine. They even took their shoes off when they came into the house to keep from messing up the floor. Best of all they did a great job on my house. It looks great, and they were careful not to do any damage to the structure when they leveled it. And also they cleaned up all the trash when they left. That was a feat in itself considering all the digging they had to do. I am very pleased with their work.

I'd Like people to know these are honest people who are great at what they do. They are licensed of course, they used a patented pier style system that comes with lifetime warranty. The work was done promptly, just around 5 days. If you have any questions you will always reach a person not a robot. The owner was understanding and compassionate even when I was trying to ask something I could not quite explain, Thank You FSS you will definitely be my one and only recommendation to friends and family should they go through the hardship of having foundation issues.

After meeting with many foundation companies I ended up going with FSS. I am glad that I did! They were always professional throughout the entire process. They had to dig 19 holes in the garage and outside of my house and were in and out in only a few days :) They even came back a week later after the rain had stopped so they can properly clean up my backyard. I also had the foam done to straighten up my front walkway and it turned out great! If you need foundation work dont hesitate to call this company! Excellent company I was well pleased with the outcome of my foundation repair having 12 piers installed at the back and one side of my house. The crew were always on time, hardworking, polite and friendly. Customer support was excellent. Everyone from the crew members, office staff and and supervisors was a positive experience. My foundation was pretty bad - even needed posts through the middle of the house. I had several estimates, and FSS not only had a fair price, the customer service and care from Josh, Richard, and the workers were exceptional! They were thoughtful and sincere and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. The workers were conscientious and cleaned up after themselves every day. Even after the work was done, Richard took the time to walk me through what to expect afterward and answered all my questions. He even followed up with me a few months later and sent someone out to fix my floors where some minor shifting occurred. Richard ensured I was completely satisfied with superior service after the sale. I know that FSS is still here for me if I have any problems or questions. Thanks for a job well done!

FSS performed the work in a very professional manner and all of their people acted professional at all times. They answered all of our questions as well as explaining how their system worked and how it secures foundation to bedrock. I'm retired so was worried I'd be in the way watching them work but instead they made me feel like one of the crew. When job was complete, they clean up the entire job site and even spread the extra dirt where I'd asked them too. Very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair done.
