this is the 4th project that I have used Foundation Recovery Systems for to repair my basement walls and the work is always spot on. On this project it was more wall anchors and Devon Brown and his crew did excellent work and were very informative about the work they were doing. They drove on very icy roads for three to four hours to get to my home.

This is the 4th project that I have used Foundation Recovery Systems to repair my 40 year old basement walls.. sump pump, wall excavation, wall anchors, interior water guttering. Over the past 3 years, no matter how big or small, my issue is handled as if I am the most important customer. I have always been treated great!. Always arriving on time, and such friendly employees that will answer whatever questions I may have, Thanks to all that have been assigned to my projects! Dustin, Tyler and Tom have such great personalities that it was pleasant to be around them throughout the day.

Shaq and Zac did outstanding work on raising our garage, porch and sidewalk and creating a drain in the sidewalk for rain spout. Very professional, polite, answered all questions and cleaned up afterwards. Extremely pleased with the work!

The people were respectful and nice, but some mistakes were made in the initial bidding, and some of the work early on caused more costly repairs to be needed. I had to have workers and sales representative come back out on a different day to complete the job. I also had to agree to loosing some warranties and guarantees of work holding up over time and/or fixing the initial leak issue unless I agreed to pay double the planned costs to complete the project.properly. The solution recommended to us seems to he helping so far, but isn't very asthectucaly pleasing on the our front porch of our home. Also workers posted out a trip hazard on out sidewalk due to land settlement and I even mentioned it to our sales representative. Surprisingly he didn't offer fixing it or selling me options for fixing it. I found this very odd since it's one.of their companies biggest selling/marketing campaigns?

Miguel,Sam,and Tre were very professional. The entire process was explained and my questions were all answered. Miguel contacted the owner for consultation throughout the process. Intellijacks look great and we can now close our bathroom door. The job was cleaned up showing they cared! Will be calling them again for a dranage job!

They did an excellent job from appointment to estimate to the work being done. They use a high level of materials much better than the other estimates and the workers were very courteous. Great job!!!!
