My wall anchors were letting water in the basement I called Jill in the service department at five o clock on a Wednesday afternoon and she had Joel a service tech schedule the next morning at nine. they both did a excellent job I was very satisfied with the service and the work that was done.

Overall experience was very good. Very professional in all aspects. Didn't rate a 5 as there was some minor snafus in follow-up to get grading completed when rain continued to cause delays. However, Trevor, who completed the follow-up grading and seeding did a great job. Overall very good experience.

Tried to rush three days of work into two days, didn't work. Still waiting for someone to return and seal the discharge pipes. Felt like they sent labor ready guys to do the job, I expected at least the foreman to be seasoned. Nevertheless the young men worked hard within their skill set. If you are thinking of outdoor gutter drains just get a landscaper to do it. Overall looking at the quality of the work, for the price I would of got the same service from a less expensive company.

The whole team at Foundation Recovery systems were great to work with from start to finish. We had a fairly large foundation repair and waterproofing job and FRS made the whole process a whole lot easier to accomplish. From the start, Grant Stephens did a great job coming out to look everything over and explaining to me what was going on and how to fix it in great detail. Can't say it enough how great he was to work with and how he went out of his way to help me out. The Installers did great as well, they were very professional and even in terrible weather kept on schedule. To Nathan Jett coming out and helping in the end. FRS also has great customer sevice, if you ever need anything they're just a call away. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation work done.

Very professional and much cheaper than some high end foundation companies. Representative went out of his way to assist my mother and that sold me not only on this project, but will use them for any future endeavors. Highly recommend.
