The entire crew from the sales rep to the teams performing the repairs were great. All friendly and informative. The were timely and cleaned up when they finished the job. I would hire them again.

It seems their salesman may not understand all the complications of raising concrete slabs or the possibility it may not be accomplished.

The workers were very courteous and nice. However, they did not do a good job of cleaning up. Left sawdust everywhere and dirty handprints on bathroom counter and white woodwork. Replaced subfloor in half a room and replaced floor joists. That half of the room's floor was 3/4" lower than the rest of the floor. We had to buy plywood and finish the job.
