First of all id like to state that this job was bid as new seamless gutters and a new metal roof. 19000 job. Brian the owner NEVER came out to our home, after being asked several times by us as well as the metal company that supplied the metal for our job. The metal company actually came out, at their own expense to look over the job. We also hired an independent roofing company to inspect this job as well, cost us 300. We were told that the day of wirk beginning that the crew would be there at 6:30am and that the job would be done that day. Once the crew showed up around 8:30 that day, there was a huge language barrier and no one that spoke English and they would just stare at you and smile when trying to ask questions or inform them of the things to be performed on the project. So they didn't understand. When we brought it up to Brian he called us racists. We asked him to come out to inspect and he said NO thats 2 hours from me. He then threatened to put a lean on our home.

They did an excellent job. They gave me a signed agreement about what they would do and how much it would cost. Work took place as agreed. Everyone from the sales rep to the workman were professional and knowledgeable about their work. I highly recommend them.

I have not had the work completed yet, however, that is one reason ai chose this company. We have a few other projects to do before this one and they are going to honor their price and be patient with us. Our representative Aireanna W was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend you call and ask for her and allow her to come show you the great products.

I came home to my gutter being half off. Exposed rotted wood etc. Oscar, who came to do my estimate, not only reviewed the area I needed repairs on, but the entire gutter system. He had good roof and gutter knowledge and was able to give me exactly what I needed, as well as a repair on something I did need. The guys were able to start the job on the same day and got done early the next morning. They even disconnected and did thorough cleaning on all gutters. Definitely recommend the team at Flowshield for their good work!

They entire process was customer friendly, professional, and quick. They came out did measurements and sat to talk to us about our options. They gave us a very fair price upfront with no hidden fees or charges. Every question we had got answered. We signed the papers and the very next day they installed our gutters. The wife absolutely loves them. Highly recommend.
