This guys came and did a terrible job, they cut trees and things they weren't supposed to, and didn't work on the ones they where supposed to, very bad communication between them and to this day they haven't fixed the issues.

We have been having some major issues with the downspouts at our palatial estate home. The flow has been heavier in some spots, lighter in others, eroding the concrete patios. I have been working with Jen at Flowshield to diagnose the issue and schedule our repair. She has made this process so easy. We're excited to see this fixed before winter hits. Thank you Jen Lawson for all of your flawless planning and hard work with us.

The initial cost estimate was quite expensive, and it took some back and forth to come to an agreement. However, they did arrange for interest-free financing with a 3rd party. The installation crew was efficient.

Had a good experience with the sales team. The installation team came out quickly and completed the work in a timely manner. I had an issue with one piece of the installation, relayed this information to my sales rep. FlowShield had someone back out there to fix the issue the next business day. The product appears by all regards to be a quality product.
