These two extremely hard working gentlemen very carefully covered the walls and floors and hallways with vinyl in three areas and very efficiently removed all the popcorn. After completing that hard work they painted the ceilings, removed the debris, and left the house amazingly clean. I was completely satisfied and grateful !!!

Very nice workers. Ceiling to wall edge uneven and rough. Hard to paint to look professional. Residue from ceiling finishing was a foot down on wall and lots of residues on top of door frames.

The homeowner did a walkthrough and said everything looked great when the job was completed. That is why we do a walkthrough with the homeowners after the job is completed to assure everyone is satisfied and if not, we will complete the job until they are satisfied. The scope of the work we do was explained before we proceeded with the work. The residue is paint overspray which was discussed prior because we spray and not roll. The angles on popcorn ceilings are notorious for being bad and need to be caulked back in to clean them all up prior to homeowner repainting the walls. This was all explained. Not sure what happened here. I stress this.
