Hired Ken repair water damage in our half bath. Ken discovered greater damage than expected. After consolation we asked him to proceed on an open ended time and material basis. After alot more material and labor the job was done. Ken explained what had been done and we agreed on a contract amount which I believe we were both happy with. Ken's work was outstanding, doing things that only an experienced professional would know to do and even anticipating future problems and their solutions. If we need other work, we will ask FLIP Const. if they will do the work before we look elsewhere.

Ken is AWESOME! I remodeled my bathroom using Miracle Method on the tiles/tub and Ken guided me throughout that process, helped me install a new toilet, shower head, bathroom mirror and light fixture- all perfectly done. He also did a fantastic job stripping years of old paint and prepping the walls to receive new paint. I had issues with my old paint bubbling (no exhaust fan in bathroom due to living in an old building)... he stripped it all and the new paint has not bubbled up once! Also, a great paint trim job as well. He also helped me fix a few door knobs around my condo that he just noticed to be off. So grateful for his keen eye and attention to detail! Lucky to know Ken and would definitely hire him again. Thanks Flip Construction! Still loving my renovated bathroom over a year later!

The first project I had with Ken and Flip Construction was a full kitchen renovation (cabinets, lighting, counters, appliance installs, glass tile backsplash, etc). Work was perfect. Because of that quality work and fair pricing, I have used Flip Construction for 3 more projects since then -- all of which required a ton of skill. Each time the work has been of the highest quality. I recommend Ken and his crew to anyone who looking to do home renovations.

Ken is highly professional and knowledgeable. He installed our storm door so seamlessly that it looks original to the exterior of the house. We are well pleased and would definitely hire him again. The finished job is perfect and we would recommend Ken to friends and relatives.
