We hired First Rate 1 Construction to remove our aluminum chimney liner and replace it with a stainless chimney liner. Vinnie explained the process in full detail. On the day of installation everything was done the way it was explained to us. Vinnie was very nice and polite. We will use First Rate 1 Construction again on future projects.

I talked to them the day before and they told me that they will be here at my home at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday and they were here promptly they did a damn good job the price was reasonable considering other quotes that I got from other people they cleaned up everything and anything that they use on my home and I will recommend first-rate construction to anybody. As a matter of fact they're going to my mom's house on Friday for estimate on her roof and some other work that she needs done and I'm very pleased with them. Great service from the estimate, to the scheduling of the work, to them performing the work. Owner was great and stood behind his estimate 100%. His team was courteous and extremely competent and did the job in a professional and efficient manner. I would call them back for all other roofing work needed.
