    First Rate 1 Construction did an excellent job in matching the color of existing mortar when repairing stonework on the interior and exterior of my house, as well as a loose step (concrete slab) that I discovered after their estimate). They were prompt, polite, professional and friendly - and their charge was excellent.

    These guys quote me way less than the previous contractors. I do not know the quality of their work, I only got an inspection done but their quote was very reasonable compared to the other guys. Customer service was great as well.
