First Construction put a new liner in my chimney and also put on a chimney cap. The work was done the day after I hired them.They came on time. The work was done in a neat and professional manner. I am glad that I hired them.

First Rate 1 Construction was called after experiencing a roof and chimney leak from a rain storm. They came out right away (Vinnie and Tim) and were at my house within 45 minutes. Vinnie climbed up on the roof in the dark and in the rain and assessed the issue. We were given an assessment of the issue and a quote. We decided to get other quotes first before hiring them, but then called them back to reassess the issue in the daylight. We were told the chimney was very cracked and the flashing needed to be replaced. They took lots of pictures to show us what needed to be done and appeared very honest and thorough. They gave us a fair price and an honest answer therefore, we decided to hire them that day. We also had a part underneath our attic window that was wet and they also looked at that also and said it could be from the chimney. We spoke to three other contractors and they were the best. They were reliable with coming out when they said to assess the problem and once hired they completed the work within a day. They called beforehand to say they were coming and the morning of they called before arriving. We also asked them for a copy of their license and insurance which we said we needed before work began. The company emailed it to me the day before the work began. They gave us a new chimney which came out beautiful. They also ripped up a part of our roof where the leak was coming from, and nicely matched the new shingles to the older ones. We can barely tell. They also replaced a couple of bad plywood boards on the roof. The other day it rained and we went into the attic and everything was dry. We will definitely call Vinnie and Tim in the future if we have future projects.
