They were very good, nice & left everything clean. Only reason they didn't get a full 5 stars was because they didn't show up on the day we agreed. They ended up coming few days later. He said it was a miscommunication. But when they did come, I was happy with the work & professionalism

Hired them to clean our chimney. They called & showed up promptly. Vinny & Tim were very friendly & professional & knowledgeable! They assessed the job and made suggestion on what else they recommend to be done. I appreciate that because we live in an older home. Very happy with the entire experience and would hire them again! .

I hired First Rate to clean my fireplace. Tim was very courteous and honest. He showed up on time, and were very clean. He took the time to explain how it works (my first house) and gave me tips on other projects that I can do in the home. I definitely recommend them ,and will rehire them for future projects.

Tim was very upfront with what needed to be done and what it would cost. I hired him he showed up on time, finish the work and cleanup after. Great contractor! Would definately use him again.

I received a call from First Rate 1 Construction within 5 minutes of posting the roof job. They met me at my home the same day, while it was raining. I showed them the leak and they went on the roof, came back to quote a price and said they could start the next day. After I agreed, they said they could do something temporary. They went back on the roof with tools (it was still raining) and put in a temp fix that immediately stopped the leak. They came back the next day, tore the section of roof down, replaced the ply wood, flashing and shingles, then cleaned up. It's like they were never there. Perfect contractor experience.

We had an emergency leak that needed repair but since we knew we needed to have the roof replaced anyway we decided to do the whole job. First Rate came out, gave us a reasonable estimate (we already had a few) and got the roof (including the garage) done within days. They were very professional, took care in protecting the gardens and yard and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job.
