Tommy quoted over the phone; big plus. Gave an estimate for $300.00 less than another company for one of my 3 projects. Very courteous and respectful of my home. Already recommended to a neighbor. The job was done in less time than expected and was a great relief to me to have these small, but significant, issues resolved.

Tommy gave me a quote over the phone for a project that was one of two possible solutions while other plumbers wanted to come out to inspect and quote. By the way, this was an emergency with all the rain that was about the come our way. I had no time for dancing around this and Tommy went right to work within hours of our first contact.

Received several estimates to replace hot water heater. Tommy was able to give me an estimate over the phone. He beat everyone's price by a considerable amount for the exact same water heater. He arrived on time, was polite and professional and did an outstanding job. Definitely think about calling these guys; you won't be disappointed.

I had a water leak on my basement ceiling. I tried another plumber who didn't know where how to fix the leak. Tommy came in and in about a two seconds determined the leak was coming from a third floor bathroom. In less than an hour the problem was fixed. He worked a miracle for me. He is smart and very customer focused. I will always sing his praise.

Replaced two garbage disposals under the kitchen sink. Tommy is extremely knowledgeable and does top quality work. The price is also very fair (I had two other quotes for the same job and Tommy beat them by a huge margin).
