Write a ReviewThe guy didn't read the installation manual (and bragged about it). Didn't install the bathtub correctly, but lied to me that it is all the way it should be. I called the manufacturer, they sent their technician and confirmed: the installation was wrong. He also could not connect overflow drain correctly from 4 attempts, Blaming manufacturer (Kohler) and the entire world until I read the manual and explained it to him what he s doing wrong. He is a "one man company" - would not honor his own warranty. Arrogant, ignorant and disrespectful.
Great experience. Noone wants the expense of replacing their water heater but the guys did a great job. I sent Tommy a couple pics of the space before he came out and he was able to give me an exact quote by phone before he showed up and it was reasonable. He and his helper were both very nice and did a great job.
The techinician was punctual and knows what he is doing. He did a good job.
I would definitely use them again. They were fast, professional and fairly priced. Tommy and Terry were both very professional. I had a pipe leading to an outside faucet which was leaking. I explained the problem to Tommy and he gave me a quote right over the phone. The most convenient time for me was Christmas Eve, since I would be off. Terry came out promptly Christmas Eve morning. He replaced the faucet and the pipe through the outside wall. He sealed the new frost free faucet. He did it all in less than an hour and a half. He was courteous and professional the entire time. I told him that I didn't mind if he left his boots on in the house, but he took them off, when not walking in the unfinished part of the basement anyway.
Great work. Quick service. Professional follow up.
Fixed pipe leak involving moving refrig from enclosure. Would hire again.
I don't usually do reviews and I'm very particular about having work done in my home. I find I can usually do the work myself and do just as good or better without the BS and pain of hiring someone to do a lousy job that I end up fixing. Having said that, I highly recommend Tommy and Terry. They did an excellent job and the cost was considerably less than other quotes I received for the same hot water heater. There was a small problem that could happen with any installation. It didn't show up until after they left. There was no problem or complaining when I called them to come back to fix it. They did an excellent job! You can't ask for anything more.
My hot water heater died on Black Friday. It was old (~15 years) and I had already researched replacing it, I just needed someone to do the work. I used Home Advisor to see who was available and at what price. I was contacted by several plumbers and the first two I spoke to were quoting high prices ($1,400+), then I spoke with First Choice Plumbing and they offered to do everything for $1,100. Not knowing anything else about the three companies I went with the guy whose prices was in line with what I was already expecting to pay for the work. I had to wait until the following Monday because the parts supplier FIrst Choice uses wasn't open over the holiday weekend - which was fine, the alternative was spend an extra $300 to get hot water back 2 days earlier. The install was quick and the job was professionally done. They even added a drain pan that the old heater didn't have, which would have been great since the old one died by leaking it's guts all over the garage floor. It's been 2 and a half weeks and the new heater has performed perfectly, no problems at all. I'm happy.
Tommy Whitt and Terry were very professional, on time, very detailed, removed old Hot Water Heater and replaced with a NEW Hot Water Heater, over all performed EXCELLENT WORK!! Will recommend his company!!
Tommy did an excellent job. He was on time, polite, and really affordable. Tommy moved my washer and dryer (gas) from the main level of my home to the top level. Everything looked great when he was done. He cleaned up after himself and took good care not to damage any of my personnel items. I would highly recommend him.
