Tommy responded very quickly and he gave a me a quote over the phone. He was much cheaper compared to other guys and when he came to fix the one leak with his coworker, he found 2 other. He fixed all of them for a little extra charge. He warranted for an year.

We needed a leaking hot water heater removed and a replacement hooked up. Tommy and Terry did a great job. They completed the work in less time than estimated and at the price they projected. We would hire them again.

Fast and efficient

Few things I liked: They arrived pretty much on time with a call when they were on the way. They told me what the issue was over the phone, let me know they would bring the part needed, and a good price for the job. Very nice, professional, etc. What I didn't like: The part that was replaced is a cheaper part. My toilet is now twice (if not three times) as loud as before. They also left a cardboard piece under the flapper which of course caused my toilet not to flush a day later.
