Fantastic.....Jay arrived promptly at the set time, quickly assessed our needs, was very professional and provided us a quote by email several hours later. Jason the installer arrived several days later, completed the installation in record time. He was neat clean and a pleasure to deal with.

Paid $90 for the first visit. Didn't have replacement part so came back the next day with $100 replacement part and was charged another $90 for that visit as well. Plus $25 for a new battery made the total over $300. Did a good job but charged twice too much!

Thank you for your feedback and business David. We installed, rewired, and reprogrammed a new Honeywell panel, along with a new backup battery for $305. Cost would have been roughly the same with 1 trip. We are happy you think we did a good job, and everything is operational. Thank you again.
