This company did an outstanding job installing a complete new system for us after the hurricane. Great service. The repair person was always on time and came when he said he would be there. Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. The technician explained everything in advance. I would highly recommend this company.

The technician named Jason came and installed two new pin pads and transmitter. Not sure if those are the correct terms. No complaints, he arrived on time and was enjoyable to work with. Everyone who I spoke with on the phone was pleasant and informative. When/if I have issues in the future I will definitely be a return customer.

EES went above and beyond and tried to walk my Mom through a security system problem in order to prevent a needless trip to the house. We did however need a new system the old one was done. They replaced all necessary components and had the system up and running in an hour. The price was more than resonible. I had contact with 3 people there all exceptional customer service skills.
