We had a rat infestation in the attic. Tim was very calm while I was freaking out. Being embarrassed about even having such a problem, he assured me it was common. He showed me how the bait traps work, explained the process of putting bait in the attic AND to expect more "activity" (and we did) and he would be back to check the attic in four days. He did, even though it was on a Saturday. Very knowledgeable and personable. I can only say good things about Tim and Excel.

They seemed great at first! Gave me a free quote and then came out and put down traps and sprayed the baseboards for roaches, and told me to contact them if the roaches continued. Well, they are still around and i contacted them and they told me they would look at their schedule and get back to me. I contacted them the next day and they did not answer and haven't contacted me since. So i am still living with nasty roaches. $200 dollars wasted. $200 is a lot of money to us!

I apologize for the lack of communication. I had your follow up set on my phone calendar, then my phone got damaged and was not able to answer calls or check calendar. Please contact us and we will be glad to come back out at no charge. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience. We do not run our company this way but some things are out of our control.
