What impressed me most was Tim telling me if he couldn't find it he wouldn't charge me for his time. Tim located the dead rodent in my attic in no time flat! The smell started fading withing minutes. Thanks Tim!

Time was very professional. He explained everything carefully. He called when he said he would. He even called to tell me he would be 10 minutes late due to traffic. I hired him over the other 2 because he had a local area code.

Tim was great! Very professional & knowledgable. We called in late evening & got message, but he returns calls right away & even came out early next day, did an assessment and returned later that afternoon to treat for bugs ( he had a prior appointments that day) He arrived at our house at 5:00 and stayed for 2 1/2 hrs, taking his time to make sure treatment was adequate enough. We have not seen any bugs since & he also offered to make another trip out on the weekend if we had anymore problems. He's a great guy! Knows his stuff & would highly recommend his services.

Tim came out the day after we logged on to HomeAdvisor, and did the job very efficiently and completely. Very knowledgeable. Although it rained hard the very next day, he made a second visit to respray the yard. I in fact, recommended him to my daughter is has contacted him. Very pleased....so long as the bugs don't return!

Great customer service from Excel. They called immediately, set an appointment that day, and technician worked late to make sure that my pest problem was resolved immediately. Courteous, timely, knowledgable service and I will use again and highly recommend to others! Thank you!
