Tim called me and showed up the same day. He was very understanding of my needs and made me feel comfortable. He did a thorough job and took lots of notes to document what I needed to make sure that I was always taken care of the way I expected. He was professional and understanding of my son following him around and wanting to talk to him (he's 4). He made friends with the dogs and we worked out what to do if they were acting territorial on the day he sprays. After being lied to and catching on camera from our last pest control guy, it was nice to actually have someone who had values and wanted to do a quality job. I think I'm going to be very happy with this decision, and signed up immediately. Bugs beware, I got the right man for the job! He's in and your out! LOL

Very prompt response to our request. After inspecting our home and yard, Tim explained what we needed to do in order to solve our ant problem. He sprayed inside and outside and said we should call him if that did not work. So far, so good.
