Tim from Excel Pest Control was very prompt in responding to the project. Additionally he setup an appointment the same evening and arrived for initial inspection on time. The project at hand was to remove squirrels in the attic. He explained all the work he was going to do and provided an estimate, which was reasonable (not too high nor too low). An important factor in the project was to remove squirrels humanely and to repair structural damages. Tim is definitely a person who cares about animals. He was quick to come by once the squirrels were trapped and he released them safely. He also completed repairing structural damages promptly. I would personally hire Excel Pest Control for future projects and highly recommend them to others. Prompt, professional, courteous, humane, reasonable price for the project is how I would sum up Excel Pest Control. Thanks Tim for helping me with my project.

Tim was very knowledgeable and put you to ease on what was made to like like we had tigers running in a our attic. He was courteous and professional in his approach. What was even more wonderful was his was to be humane about the squirrels that would go in the trap, he suggested to call him anytime in the evening as he didn't want the squirrel to be in the trap overnight. Tim was fair in pricing the work and his approach is to charge what he would be comfortable paying for a job if he owned the house. Very open to suggestion and great at explaining the details of what goes into the job. Being a people person, good communication and good service is something you can expect from Tim. Between a lot of fear mongering, Tim comes across as reasonable.
