Our prices are mid range,industry standard. We cannot price a job below the industry standard. A Great Value; included in our services to this client: A full Mold Assessment, a full moisture inspection, a full infrared thermal inspection, analytical Air and Surface samples(3) with a full analytical Lab report and a full photo inspection report, which included our findings recommendations, both interior and exterior. Every photo, both infrared thermal and digital, were time/date stamped. Humidity and temperature readings were taken and recorded throughout the structure. Sincerely, a GREAT VALUE! Walkthru,sampling of visible problem areas very thorough.Air sampling thorough&helpful. Lab response very fast. Technician knowledgeable, courtious and immediately gave recommendation to fix problem (later verified by lab report.
