I am extremely glad that I was able to obtain Air Marshalls Environmental through Home Advisors to complete the mold testing work on my home. I was at a lost and did not know who to call or where to start after the water damages to my home. My family and I are grateful that we were able to obtain an individual who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. Mr. Calhoun provided A-1 service, and after securing a restoration company, worked extremely well with the company in order to make our unfortunately situation more pleasant. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone needing these services.

After having category 3 water intrusion in my home, I needed help. I was told by an adjuster that it wasn't that bad. I made a few calls and everyone said to call Air Marshalls. That this company (Air Marshalls) would let me know the actual damage to my home. I knew I needed independent lab results that couldn't lie. Mr. Rick was wonderful to work with in this matter. He explained everything, and with amazing patience (I asked a lot of questions). He took many samples, got the results and provided a remediation protocol for the remediation company. When the remediation was complete, he came back out and tested again to make sure my home passed. So, I have a pre- and post-test for when I eventually sell and need to disclose this damage. Now, I can't be taken advantage of, armed with this information. I cannot stress the importance of this enough. I would highly recommend Mr. Rick and Air Marshalls to anyone who needs an advocate when someone causes damage to your home or if you just want to know the truth about what is growing in your home.
