I was unprepared for the expense. Everything I read online said mold testing was between $300 and $500. This company starts at $695 for each sample with $85 incremental increases for each additional sample. Since their office is a two-hour drive from our location, I felt obliged to follow through despite the cost. Mr. Calhoun was very friendly and allowed our 5-year old grandson to participate to the extent that he was able. The mold report is very extensive and provides significant detail.

This price also includes your Full Analytical Lab report in two (2) business days in PDF format and a Full Assessment Sampling Photo Inspection.

Ricky Calhoun, our inspector from Shreveport, La. was very professional with our mold inspection. Very courteous, knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all our many questions.
